Children must be accompanied and watched at all times throughout the sessions, parent/carer participation is very much encouraged.

Refunds & Cancellation policy

If for any reason a class has to be re-scheduled, I will add another class at half term or the end of term. If you let me know (by email or phone call) with 24 hours notice that you will not be attending this replacement class then I will refund you that week’s class fee.

Refunds are available if you withdraw from class in the following cases:

•If you inform me by phone or by e-mail funandphonics@hotmail.com after your first class, but before your second. In that circumstance, I will offer a refund for the remainder of term, minus the class you have attended. 

•If you withdraw from classes before the term has started, I will refund you in full (14 days notice required) 

•If I have to cancel a class and you are unable to attend the replacement class, I will refund that week’s fee (see above)

If you are unable to attend your booked class on a regular basis, please talk to me about it. It may be possible for you to transfer to a different class. However, please consult me before doing so.

School Holiday Events

Refunds will not be issued for bookings made for the holiday events.

If you cannot make the event you have booked for, it maybe possible to transfer to another event please contact Fun and Phonics to discuss.

By booking onto an event you agree to make payment either before attending, or on the day.

If you do not attend the event, payment is still required, you reserved a place which could have been another childs.
